FEMINIZATION AND RACIALIZATION OF WORK IN THE CLEANING SECTOR
REFLECTIONS ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

Abstract
In this article, we aim, from the legal field, to make a critical reflection about the work performed by women, especially in the outsourcing of cleaning activities. In this perspective, the social asymmetries existing in the world of work - of gender, class, race, age, etc. - deeply violate the human rights and labor rights and, consequently, threaten social justice, understood from the three dimensions proposed by Nancy Fraser: redistribution, recognition and participation.
