Abstract

Based upon Michael Moore and José Saramago's radical critical approaches - to whom the 'concubinate' relations between the State and the markets have been promoting a reductive democratic platform, and thus suicidal - we put forward on this paper an analyses, not only over the dangerous implications of some of the arguments of the perverted model of western democracy - in which the mercantilist logic systematically has twisted both the political and cultural spheres -, but also over the profound contradictions, quite explicit, one must say, in the very marrow of the market fever.
