Understanding neoliberalism as a rationality that crosses several spheres of social life, among them, the construction of the State, which presents itself as a State-enterprise, and the own formation of the neoliberal individual, subjected to a constant competition; In this social composition, we have the category of app delivery workers, affected by the process of precariousness work, enhanced during the Covid-19 pandemic. At this juncture, there are resistance movements presented by the category, movements that appeared on the street, such as the "Apps Break" (Breque dos Apps), and they also occupied agendas in the media field, a space in which Paulo Roberto da Silva Lima (Galo) stood out. Thus, taking Paulo Galo's media presence as a focus, we will resort to Discourse Analysis as a methodology to understand the ideological disputes presented.
