Abstract

The Tourism workers perform their duties differently from other sectors of the economy, working on holidays and weekends, with long working hours and low wages. Through the qualitative approach with interviews, this article sought to understand and analyze the work routine of a major workers Tourism: The Tourism Guide. Thus, there is evidence of a collective discourse result of the intertwining of labor reports, which show both aspects of daily life as the office held by that professional.
