AS MOBILIZAÇÕES POLÍTICAS NA SOCIEDADE DE RISCO

UMA REFLEXÃO TEÓRICA

Abstract

The purpose of this article is a theoretical reflection on the political mobilization in the context of the Second Modernity (reflexive modernity) and the construction of new utopias mobilized by individuals. To that end a part of the perspective of a civil society composed of individuals who choose a plan that includes the most vulnerable sections of the population, seeking to equate the risk they are exposed. Finally, it discusses how the tools available in cyberspace can contribute to these new mobilizations.
