Abstract

In accordance with ethnic and cultural diversity preservation politics of the country, the National Inventory of Cultural References – “LidasCampeiras na Região de Bagé/RS” aims to document, produce knowledge and recognize the crafts and ways of doing of the livestock such reference in the structuration of lifestyles in the region of the Pampa. The methodology of IPHAN objective to carry out a preliminary survey of bibliographic and ethnographic data about the social relation between the human beings, animals and artifacts involved in the breeding of bovines, equines and ovines of this region.
