PARTICULARIDADES DA ENTREVISTA COMO PROCEDIMENTO METODOLÓGICO QUALITATIVO

Abstract

This article will present, in an introductory way, the interview as one of the procedures adopted by qualitative methods in obtaining oral sources for social research, from the point of view of its connection to memory, with the life history and with specific themes selected . Moreover, it argued that the private testimony provided by oral sources subscribe themselves in interpretation possibilities of collective processes and represent social interaction forms between interviewer and interviewee. It also be highlighted some methodological possibilities and social models investigated by social sciences illustrating the diversity of spheres in which they constitute the social world, in particular, reaffirming the importance of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and procedures that are complementary and not opposed.
