ALGUMAS POTENCIALIDADES DO BRINCAR COMUNITÁRIO, POPULAR E INCLUSIVO

Abstract

This Text Presents some potentialities of the community, popular and inclusive play of the III

Edition Of Game and Education Biennial, University Extension Project linked to the Federal Univer-
sity of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). The Game andEducationBiennialisbasedon Ludo Pedagogy,

Popular Education and Pedagogies of Difference, in the first edition (2018) the theme mobilized
was the Multiplicity of Bodies (#multiplesbodies) and in the second edition (2020) Listening and
Love (#listentolove). In 2022, the theme that generated the Biennial used composition the words
Mambembe and Itinerante (#mambembe+itinerant), precisely to high light the importance of
face-to-face and inclusive meetings after the Covid-19 pandemic, a period of social distancing
and healthcare. Throughout 2022, the executing team and the Project Coordination Promoted
meetings with the territories of the cities that allow people to play in a free, experimental and
ludic way: streets, parks, squares, courtyards, gyms, schools, small squares, theaters, rural spaces,

natural spaces, gardens, etc. It held preparatory meetings and launches in different educatio-
nal spaces in the region of Porto Alegre, in Brazil, and, virtually, in different media, schools and

universities in the region of Montevideo, in Uruguay. In themonthofSeptember 2022, the culmi-
nation of the Project took place, three full and diverse days of encounters with the singularities

playing, with people, through workshops, ateliers, conversations and other activities organized
by different social projects, academic units, autonomous collective, communities, among other
partners. The Game and Education Biennial works with the unpredictability of the game, as it
proposes playing with structured and unstructured materials, with circles, with dances, with
the multiplicity of bodies, with inclusive perspectives. Biennial partner university professors
reported importance this Festival of Play, which involves territories, cultures, arts, philosophies,
other ways of existing in contemporary times, being a meeting that does not forget the rigor of
playing (very lively, experienced grounded).
