Abstract

When the National Laws for Special Education at Basic Education were instituted (Resolution n.2, september, 11th 2001/CNE), it was up to hospital classes give continuity to the process of development and learning of hospitalized students. Beyond presenting considerations about circulation of learning in this singular ambience, this article causes inspiration in order to innovate the pedagogic exercise in the urgent theme of educational area.
