THE PRODUCTION OF THE DEMOCRATIC MANAGEMENT OF AND IN THE EDUCATION FOR THE DEMOCRACY WITHOUT END
Abstract
The democratic management in education was established in the Constitution of 1988, after that incorporated to State and Municipal Constitutions and, later, to the National Education Law (LDBEn) in 1996. However, the production of the democracy and the democratic management, conceived as an activity of citizens is an endless process. In the first part, I argue on the motivation to this debate, the concepts and the beddings of the democratic utopia in education in the “paradigmatic” transition. In the second, I argument that democracy as much as democratic management in the society and the education (and teaching) is produced by humans – they are work of human –, thus, new social relations can be produced related to the emergent paradigm. Finally, I consider a set of theoretical aspects on management, democracy and education connected with the production of democratic management in and of education as crucial part of the construction of an endless democracy.
