Abstract
This paper presents creativity in the perspective of praxis and as a conscious, human, and social activity. It provides concepts, ideas, and reflections on different aspects of the creation practice and aims at contributing to deepen the discussions about this issue. It describes the phases of the creation process based on Guilford's ideas; this author analyzes creation as part of the organization of intellectual skills which are revealed by the factorial analysis. Finally, it comments on the indispensable relationship between creativity and education.
