Abstract

The aim of to identify the capital interests on the politics for the basic education and teachers formation for this level of learning, this text results from a theoretical research based taken as references the "Curriculum Directives for Basic Education" and the "National Curriculum Directives for Teachers' Formation of the basic education, Bachelor Degree", which the core design is underlined by the notion of "competence" guide the courses. Trying to make evident the interests masked by legal definitions, was conclude that capital invest in “competences” corresponds to an adaptive epistemology of the subjects to the production modes, in a pragmatic perspective turned to a "learn to make" which identifies with the formation for “qualification” in a reaffirmation of technicism.
