Abstract

This paper is a result of a teacher research connected to the Master Degree in Education Program of the Dom Bosco Catholic University called “Affirmation of identity through access to the university: The Negraeva Project.” The aim was to analyze the students voices related to the superior degree teachers postures concerning to the form they deal with the cultural difference, more specifically related to the black difference, and from these results highlight the importance of the education professional formation in a multicultural perspective. From the analyses of the students statements of this project, was possible to note that educators postures related to the cultural difference, usually, are not based on their academic formation (initial or continued) but on the formation arising from other times/spaces.
