NARRATIVES OF SCHOOL MANAGERS OF RURAL SCHOOLS IN TIMES OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the autobiographical narratives of school managers of the Aníbal Magni and Frei Anselmo Schools in times of the Covid-19 pandemic. These institutions are located in the interior of the municipality of Selbach in the north of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Thediscussion data from the narratives were constructed with semi- structured interviews, using the theoretical-methodological perspective of autobiographical research, and they wer analyzed and discussed taking a qualitative approach.The pandemic context has created challenges for school and school education, introducing it to new needs and challenging teachers and administrators..
