Abstract

In this article, we will be concerned with two types of images. First, we will present analyses of classroom interation and teaching based on video film recordings, and afterwards we will also present images that student teachers use about their teaching and look at this in relation to the video images of their teaching. This article can be therefore be regarded as being within the field of image-based research (BANKS, 1995; LOMAX and CASEY, 1998; PROSSER, 1998).
