Abstract

The present article aims analyzing a case study of a deaf student through psychopedagogical sessions with Deaf Studies theoretical reference which analyze the education of the deaf through contributions from Cultural Studies in Education. The work was developed during a psychology internship required of the discipline of Clinical and Educational Psychology aims to pedagogical practice, using tools and evaluative tests seeking to identify and ease the
difficulties of lear ning from a specific student. Game Time, par educational and design of the family were some of the tests, and many of these have shown a huge gap in knowledge of this student. The great object of this investigation is to try to analyze the language environment in which this student has developed, which may or may not have in fluenced the cognitive delay from this specific student , seeking to investigate some relations established between deafness and learning difficulties.
