BETWEEN WORD AND IMAGE
elements to think about the potential of fictionalization of pedagogical practice
Abstract
The theme that we explore in this work is the conception of language not only as an element that allows us to represent the world, but also to create it. Thus, we recorded the empirical field in a public school situated in the suburbs of Porto Alegre to e ncourage us to assume the responsibility of the location of the teaching experience. We are interested in thinking about the school as a space with creative potential. In order to do so, we chose a methodology that allowed us to shift as a voyeur, collecti ng photographs of scenes and characters, traumas and memories, authorizing these pieces of lived experience to remake the lines of existence through symbolic enunciation. It is from this strange place and unfamiliarity of the banal and everyday, that we tr y think about the role of language not as a monology , the imposition of meaning, but as an opening capable of combining life, art and fictionalization.
