Shulman's studies about formation and teacher professionalization in brazilian academic productions

Abstract

This study analyzes the academic productions presented at meetings of ANPED ( 32nd to 36th ) and ENDIPE (2010, 2012), as well as theses and dissertations produced between 2009 to 2013 and available at the CAPES website aiming to verify how are being addressed studies Shulman in academic productions. For the research, of documentary nature, nineteen  productions presented in events and seven theses and dissertations were selected. The data shows that although Shulman be referenced in many works, the ideas and themes studied by he are not in fact used as theoretical basis of the researches, since in general the author is mentioned superficially, with little discussion about the pedagogical content knowledge, centrality of this study.
