Abstract

This paper proposes discusses meaning production mechanisms whereby government initiatives, like sports social projects, consider some children and young people as social vulnerable. Result by thought exercise to do reading of vulnerability enabled by sports social projects as virtuality designed to service government strategies of a specific population. Therefore, discussing the vulnerability as virtuality, means denaturalize anticipated classification about government initiatives that takes sport as a synonym for social transformation.
