Abstract
The present study aims to emphasize gramatically the circumstances as the rescent form the social and real crisis. The theme allows multiple connections with the recent educational reality the legislation related to. There are many controversies that refer to the social panoramic assessment, which reveal different capacities to understand, oral arguments about simptoms of the real crisis that affect a variety of social segments and institutions.
