ENTRECRUZANDO O OFÍCIO DE HISTORIADOR COM O DE PROFESSOR
Abstract
This work aims, mainly, to discuss the teaching of History. In this field, the activity of historians traverses that of teachers. In order to accomplish sucha a discussion, the author makes a review of curricular studies toward the perspective of pointing the contribution to reconsider history teaching. Next, the discussion is articulated to the issues of teachers’ education and teachers’ knowledge. Finally, the paper presents conclusive considerations about processes of History teachers’ education, as well as on the teaching of this discipline in basic school.
