Abstract

In the third paper of this series, the author comes again to the problem of Internet and its growth and makes an analysis of the preponderant role of publicity advertisers as to the fulfillment of the Argentinean educational system, which has been converted into merchandise. The author also occupies himself with the reflection on which learning theory enables to the understanding of computer usage and Internet handling.
