Abstract

The capitalism needs nowadays to form workforce in order to meet the technological demands whose competences and abilities to be "produced" bring "undesirable side effects" for the existent economical system, once they take the worker to an autonomy and to a critical attitude that are necessary to face the obstacles and problems of the profession, but that are not restricted to this field of performance. It’s up to the regular teaching systems to present pedagogic alternatives that meet the expectations towards the generation of qualified workforce without disturbing society’s order and welfare. In Brazil, the law LDB9394/96 defined the objectives of the professional education again, concerning the new demands of the productive system.
