what are they for?
Abstract
This paper aims at discussing the function of computers, the so-called intelligence technologies, in education. It is a critical review of the educational literature that supports professionals in the education field in ways to use the computer effectively and coherently in their teaching practices so that both students and teachers can learn. I have pointed out that the teacher must look for qualification regarding the use of the computer in class so that it can be better applied and, thus, provide support for the teacher’s pedagogical practice.
