Abstract

For the school to be efficiently organized and effectively in fulfilling their social tasks, the participatory planning becomes evident as dialogical resource and instrument of anticipation and organization of school work for the innovations intended, where the school turns to be understood as autonomous organization of joint work and executive body of public policy. This school concept leads to the preparation of the pedagogical project, supported on the democratic principles, aligned with the assumptions of the participatory management as a toll that contributes for the improvement of the quality of education and overcoming of the centralization of decision-making, improvisation and isolated actions.
