Abstract
The education, in special in the school locus, negotiates of humanizing the relations, from the apprenticeship centered in the person, in the psychology, of the pedagogy and of the philosophy humanist perspectives, based on, especially, in the thought of Carl Rogers, Paul Freire and Hannah Arendt, respectively. The pedagogic practice between the enfold subjects, is he the educator, be he it educating, develops the knowledge and reflexive attitudes that contribute to the change of the social subject and of his I tip over. In this sense, we reflect the school like democratic space in view of an authentic dialogic community, potentiates the curiosity, the investigation, the confidence, the dialog as construction of the self education in which the subjects could be really what they are, valuing, so, the florescence of the human being through authentic, effective expressions and liberators.
