Explicit and implicit confluences
Abstract
In this text, we want thematize some aspects of the relation between Social Popular Movements (SPM) and education, in order to expose the emancipatory references what are set against the current instrumentalization tendency of the education for exclusively marketing aims. For so much, we do an analysis of presuppositions and of legitimatory references of the conception of hegemonic education in the current context, confronting them with some principles and with some educative postures developed in the SPM. New subjective references, explicitation of obscures power structures of and the preparation of new horizons of sense and of future are some of the elements that can be found and increased in these relation and that are essential for the democratic strengthening of the society.
