THE COMMITMENT WITH THE FORMATION FOR FREEDOM IN BRAZIL AND IN AFRICA HOMAGE TO PAULO FREIRE

Abstract

The present text, when recovering the energy of philosophical freirian construction concerning the complex relationship of authority with the freedom, also exposes brief reflections around the freirian's africanity. Discussing the pedagogic practice in education, already in decade of 60, Freire brought to discussion the exercise necessary of authority (politics, pedagogic, epistemological and ethics) in the world of the people's formation. Thinking starting from the stratified society and oppressing, the appear authors for the tasks headquarters to work educational: dialogycament, to fits educator to contribute in world's organization of human formation from a conception that takes the education as institution that acts in favor of social organization to service of liberation. Through exposed's challenge, informed of links that Freire maintained with Africa, we bring the African experience of Ondjango, dialogue expression and of socket of decisions in and of community, space and time in that the authority and the freedom have outstanding room. With the purposes above, we attempted, in this dialogue Brazil-Angola, to honor Freire, when he remembers presence-absentee's of that educator that marked ten years and it continues marking provocative presence, so much in world of politics as, more intensely, of education.
