A LINK BETWEEN NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AND WORK IN A SOCIOENVIRONMENTAL AND CLASS PERSPECTIVE
Abstract
While trying to approximate non-formal education and work, the main task that supports this paper theoretically, we also reviewed the meanings that education has taken on over the years for different social classes. We aimed at showing the reasons why it was restricted exclusively to pass on socially produced knowledge in spaces specifically designed for this purpose; this fact has triggered the need to call it environmental and non-formal, nowadays. We have defended the different forms of education - non-formal and environmental - as useful work for the working class, and we have tried to approximate them, because we understand its complementarity and see it as a part of education as a whole.
