Abstract

This paper is a theoretical study of one of the most important matrices of work management developed in the 90's: Knowledge Management. Along with Competence Management and Learning Organizations, it has become the most sophisticated approach capital has ever designed to intensify alienation and to take knowledge over from workers. The new model under construction has replaced Taylorism-Fordism, which had taken over work time and movement. It is part of the productive re-structuring that has tried to solve the crisis of the capitalist production model, based on its phenomenical issues.
