KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING SOURCES OF TEACHERS CONSIDERED SUCCESSFUL
Abstract
The aim of this research was to identify and analyze the professional learning of successful teachers considering their knowledge and learning sources. To perform that a collective conversation which a fifteen teachers that ones participate of a continuous formation course was realized, aiming to prepare a profile of a successful teacher under the pairs optic and promote the choice of two teachers considered successful. After that a semi structured interview with these two teachers was performed. The analyzed data highlight the several factors which ones has influence on the work of successful teacher, among them: the initial and continuous formation courses; the team work; the faith/religiousness; the family support; the ethics; the knowledge of the teaching profession by the students family and the pairs; the students respect and the self appreciation.
