Abstract

The current context of formation processes of educators and the emerging challenges of the social transformations, mainly by the economical and cultural perspectives, constitutes an axis which demands our investigative efforts. The localization of mechanisms and dynamics which are given by the daily basis of these process, the theme which is exposed in this study is centered on the exclusion/inclusion process lived by afro- escendents in the higher education. The links among the trajectory and strategies of the students, during their formation, congregates the aspects which is lacking of a closer look to establish a better comprehension of boundaries and of the contradictions which happens and also the created mechanisms allowing understanding the way as social, cultural and economical exclusion/inclusion during the formation period occurs. These mechanism allies to the contemporary scenario of the discussion concerning to the afro-descendents quotas at the university.
