EVIDENCES OF LITERACY ON CHILDREN´S AND TEENAGERS´POEMS

Abstract

This work addresses a look to the cultural practices and their representation in the people daily lives. It is an attempt to find in the poems for children and teenagers one of the social and oral practices represented by the literacy. Movement and action permeate this work when I use the poetic language which allowed the perception of the many voices presented in this type of speech and points out identities or literate people. This study focuses on textual analysis where the look on the poems is on the forms of representation of the literate individuals and in the relations that can be established between them and the evidences of literacy found in these poems. By showing the forms of subjectivity and causing a reflection on how they represent the cultural literacy, I’m trying to establish relations on the pedagogical positions that need to be reconsidered.
