FAMILY, SCHOOL AND WRITTEN MATERIALS
interfaces with the practices of literacy
Abstract
Our aim in this work is to consider about the practices of literacy in two families from popular means, through the analysis of data collected in a research developed between 2007 and 2010. It’s an etinography research whose subject is a group of 17 mothers and 32 children living in the outskirts of Três Lagoas city, Mato Grosso do Sul. As a source of data we used: a)Semi-structured interview with these people; b)register in video; c) people’s survilence; d)questionaries. We conclude that it is not possible to talk about literacy in family from the low level of society in a general way but we need to search and identify these practices.
