Abstract

The work offers a parallel in the history of peoples indigenous inhabiting the Argentine pampas and the mountains and those living in the Peruvian jungle. We hypothesize that despite the particularities geographical, differential resource use economics and various forms of socio-economic politics practices and identities, they have a history similar: their insertion in the capitalism and their subordination to the National States.
