A INFÂNCIA NO CONTEXTO DA FAMÍLIA RURAL
do trabalho infantil à Universidade
Abstract
From the biographical narratives, made with students egressed from the law school and nursing course, at UVA (Vale do Acaraú University), that experienced child labor in the fields, we focus on the way they perceive their relationships with their parents and child labor as aspects that connect their trajectories. Foucault‟s notions about the government of others (objectification) and self-government (subjectivization), dialectically articulated, help us to analyse the ways to overcome adversities and cultural, ethnic and social prejudices, as tactics that allow them to ingress, stay and successfully finish prestigious university courses. This became to them more as a shift than a goal to be reached, in a socio-cultural context, marked by the poverty and inequality.
