Abstract

The consumption of drugs is not a newness in history human being, however the abusive consumption has been problematic of the society a contemporary and that when reaching the school compromises the formation of the personality and the identity of the student. Visa this, this study objectified to evaluate the profile of the relation teach-learning of the subject drugs in lessons of sciences, under the optics of the pupils of basic education of public schools in Aracaju-IF, using itself of a qualitative methodology. They had been gotten resulted expressive which demonstrates that the school (as for the boarding of the subject drugs in the lessons of sciences) is not being efficient in informing and preventing its pupils concerning these substances and its effect, being other responsible vectors of information for the majority of the transmitted knowledge to the young. With this, the present work concluded that, the reality of the public schools of Aracaju-If distance of the lived one in great metropolises of the country, not being that this research can be used as reference for the creation of measures that aim at to the prevention of the use and abuse of drugs in the schools.
