THE ORGANIZATION OF THE INTERSHIP AND THE SUPPORT OF THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPEMENT OF THE STUDENT-TEACHERS IN QUEBEC
Abstract
This paper describes the training for teaching in Quebec, which rests in a frame of professional skills and gives much space for the intership experiences. Organization elements of this intership are presented, with emphasis on trends regarding the contribution of the trainers and the professional development of the trainees, based on studies results. A recently developed reference framework for training the trainers of the student-teachers is also presented. Finally, the theoretical perspectives underlying the development of intership experiences are questioned.
