relações entre o imaginário e a tecnologia na formação técnico-profissional

Abstract

This paper aims to show the possible connections between imaginary and technology in processes of technical-professional formation. With this objective, this work relies on studies about imaginary and technology, especially those written by Gaston Bachelard, Gilbert Durand and Abraham Moles. As a starting point, the concept of technical-professional formation is clarified. After that, it is discussed the meaning of "image", "imagination", "imaginary", "technique" and "technology". Then, it is described the way theory and practice of technical-scientific formation / activity gathers, in an epistemological level, to the studies and problematic of imaginary. It is shown that men, in arts as much as in techniques, is essentially a creator being, and all invention comes from psychic production that comes from imaginary forces. Finally, it is pointed that in poetics and in intellect there are connections between imaginary and reason; therefore, between imaginary and technology.
