Abstract

This text aims at carrying out a hermeneutical exercise about some repercussion of the research that has been developed by the Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas sobre Imaginário, Educação e Memória (GEPIEM), a study group that investigates the imaginary, education and memory. This group has carried out researches which promote the interface among specific topics that deal with the imaginary and (self)biographies as projects in research-teacher education for ten years.
Our intention in teaching, extension and research has been the search refinement of sensibility and intelligence, that is the "happy reading" by Bachelard. Just as writing, body language, dance, singing, music, theater, the visual arts are modes of the creative imagination expression.
