The purpose of this article is to discuss such training in Agriculture Technical Course, Integrated mode of IFFarroupilha – Campus São Vicente do Sul, accomplished through an integrated working with two disciplines where students have developed an evaluation of the Fair farmers of Cacequi/RS and the consumption of foods. The integration of disciplines, the union between teaching, research and extension and immersion of students in the reality were important in vocational training. This leads to consider that spaces in formation programs for the development of this type of activity are essential to the professional profile recommended by PNATER.
