Abstract

This paper reflects critically on the education of youth and adults, questioning the possibility of valuing diversity in the XXI century. From a literature review, the contexts of a global crisis relieved. It is proposed to contribute a critical challenge to address with respect to the speeches that have been enacted around the EFA perspective. Finally, the need to deepen the cultural dimension of our questioning and assume that there will be a process of  wareness of the problems facing the planet, without the possible role of education is  emphasized.
