Abstract

This article presents and discusses the relationship between formation and action and its theoretical-practical problematization. For this, it carries out a reflexive description of a collective training Project developed in a school of the basic education network. The theoretical approach supports the idea that continuing teacher education must happen within the profession, at school, through collaborative activities. The teachers claim the conceptual appropriation and Exchange between peers as actions that allowed thinking and reorganizing the pedagogical practice.
