Abstract

In this paper, we approach the "management solutions" implemented by the Jovem de Futuro Program (PJF), created by the Instituto Unibanco (IU), in education. The study was developed by means of a documentary analysis of the institution's activity reports and the Aprendizagem em Foco newsletters. We approach the proliferation and the scope of the PJF since its implementation until the year of 2017. We argue that the business management based on a competitive dynamics goes inside the educational field, transforms the principies of "equality" and of "collectivity" and affects the schools' inclusive processes. We indicate the main conclusions of the study, which point out that it is up to the educational management, committed to the school as a plural and democratic space, to promote the preservation of equality in the organization of schools and educational systems.
