TEACHERS EDUCATION OF THE FIELD IN MATO GROSSO, IN THE 1980S AND 1990S
Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of how was configured the graduation teachers process of field school of Mato Grosso state in the 1980s and 1990s also identify the main existing projects/programs of that time and how they attended the field especificities. The study is the result of a qualitative research, based on documents analysis and interviews with teachers who have worked in five regions of the state. The results indicate that the majority of the formation courses implennented in this period were made to urban school teachers as field school teachers; although most of them didn't attend the field formative especificities, it contributed to the qualification and profissionalization process of the lay field teachers.
