new demands on the economy based on knowledge

Abstract

The emergence and intensification of the “society and of the economy the knowledge and learning” reflect one of the most important transformations of the capitalism at the end of the XX century and the begging of the XXI century. This article presents a brief reflection about the new demands created to the Pedagogy courses to respond the transformations of the capitalist society of the XXI century. This in turn implies in a modification on the pedagogue formation aligned to the nature of the new necessary abilities. Beside that it’s important to prepare the pedagogue for an action which transposes the borders of the school and reaches other candy of organization like companies, governmental and non-governmental.
