PROPOSIÇÃO DE UM FRAMEWORK PARA A ANÁLISE DA INOVAÇÃO, ECONOMIA CIRCULAR, PERFORMANCE ORGANIZACIONAL E DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL
Resumo
A inovação é primordial para o desenvolvimento econômico de uma país, entretanto, a economia circular pode ser uma prática ambiental aliada para fomentar a performance organizacional e, consequentemente, o desenvolvimento sustentável, para não comprometer a qualidade de vida das gerações futuras. Neste contexto, a pesquisa tem como objetivo propor um Framework para a análise da inovação, economia circular, performance organizacional e o desenvolvimento sustentável das organizações. O método utilizado foi uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória, por meio de uma pesquisa sistemática na base de dados Scopus. Nos achados da pesquisa, contribuições gerenciais e avanços teóricos, o estudo apresentou um Framework que traz informações que podem ser utilizadas pelos gestores de diferentes segmentos de atuação e porte empresarial, que visam fomentar uma inovação que contribua para o desenvolvimento sustentável, fundamentais para a qualidade de vida das pessoas e a manutenção dos recursos naturais. O impacto da pesquisa para o avanço da ciência, proporciona à comunidade acadêmica e aos profissionais das áreas afins, uma melhor compreensão em torno da gestão da inovação e economia circular, assim como a sua contribuição para a performance das organizações e o desenvolvimento sustentável, os quais são primordiais para a manutenção do equilíbrio no planeta.
